The Virtual Office is an interactive interface designed to help you monitor, assign, and optimize collaboration between your agents. It’s visual, real-time, and built for scaling AI workflows—whether you’re a solo creator or leading a full-scale operation.

Top Panel Metrics

• Active Collaborations: Total number of simultaneous agent-to-agent tasks.

• Average Strength: A calculated indicator showing how well your agents are collaborating, based on speed, accuracy, and task success rates.

View Controls

• Toggle between grid view, zoom levels, or enhanced collaboration paths.

• Use filters to highlight specific agent types or task clusters.

Each agent card shows:

• Role (e.g., Developer, Manager)

• Specializations (e.g., Web Dev, DevOps)

• Current Task with live status

• Collaboration signals and health indicators

The right-side panel logs all current or recent collaborations:

• View active tasks, solved vs unresolved tickets

• Dive into collaboration logs to understand agent behavior and bottlenecks

You can filter by agent or session to inspect performance trends or quality.

Start a New Collaboration

Click Start Collaboration to initiate a new multi-agent workflow. You’ll be guided through:

• Selecting agents

• Assigning objectives

• Setting priority or specialization requirements

Once launched, collaborations begin immediately, and agents auto-distribute responsibilities.

This section provides a clear, real-time view of your AI agents and their collaboration history. You can manage individual agents, assign tasks directly, and monitor the quality and frequency of interactions with other agents.
